Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in providing ongoing support activities and project efforts as needed.Description:This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented group of professionals. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and triage API messages, perform data loads and cleanup using Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and Datadog, and extract data from Google Big Query for data analysis activities.The ideal candidate will also have experience working with integrations technology such as Kafka, messaging buses, and integration brokers, as well as scripting languages like Java, JavaScript.In addition, they will be proficient in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions and have fundamental knowledge of REST API integration along with JSON.The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills at both the business and technical level, with the ability to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid-paced implementation environment.Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, and familiarity with Data lakes, ETL, and data analytics, including solutions such as Big Query and Tableau, is also desirable.We offer a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company.Responsibilities:Provide ongoing support activities and project efforts as neededAnalyze and triage API messagesPerform CDH (Customer Data Hub) initial data loads and data cleanupExtract data from Google Big Query for data analysis activitiesPartner with other IT platform experts to drive resolution of data issuesSupport user maintenance and setup activitiesEnsure robust data maintenance capabilities and business processes are working appropriatelyMonitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expectedRequirements:Active experience in master data management applications including data extract and load tools, user maintenance, data analysis, and basic system configurationExperience with Google Big Query, Data Dog, Postman, and TableauFamiliarity with scripting languages like Java, JavaScriptFundamental knowledge of REST API integration along with JSONExperience with integrations technology such as Kafka, messaging buses, and integration brokersProficient in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skills at both the business and technical levelAbility to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid-paced implementation environmentWhat We Offer:A dynamic and innovative work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits packageBonus Qualifications:Experience with Agile methodologies such as ScrumFamiliarity with Data lakes, ETL, and data analytics, including solutions such as Big Query and Tableau
