Risk Analyst (Structured credit)

Job Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor market risks associated with structured credit products such as CLOs, CDOs, MBS, ABS, and other credit derivatives.
- Conduct daily risk analysis, including VaR (Value at Risk), stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting risk exposures and trends.
- Collaborate with teams to provide insights into market movements and their impact on the portfolio.
- Work with internal audit teams to maintain high standards of governance and reporting accuracy.
- Use quantitative techniques to evaluate pricing models, sensitivities, and the impact of market parameters.
- Collaborate with quants and technology teams to validate and improve risk models.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and finance teams to evaluate new structured credit deals and provide risk recommendations.
- Serve as a point of contact for risk-related queries and coordinate across teams to align risk management strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk monitoring.
- Keep abreast of global market trends, emerging risks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech from top institutes with CFA / FRM, programming skills with 1 - 2 years experience is a must for this opening.
