The Role: HR Intern What You'll Own Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics and trends Maintain, clean, and update employee data across HR systems with 100% accuracy Analyze large HR datasets using Excel/Google Sheets to generate insights for leadership Identify process gaps using data audits and support automation/simplification of manual workflows Who You Are Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis) Familiar with HR systems/tools (e.g., Darwinbox) — a strong plus Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data responsibly Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Why This Role Rocks You'll be the backbone of data-driven HR decision-making Get hands-on experience in building scalable people analytics processes Work closely with HR leadership and influence process improvements Opportunity to learn HR systems, automation, and analytics at scale A role where your insights directly shape employee experience and business outcomes     By applying for this position, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Prospective Employee Privacy Notice, which outlines how Upstox collects, uses, and protects your Personal Information ("PI").
