The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, promoting Samarth's services, delivering tailored sales pitches, and providing regular updates and training to clients. The role will require effective communication with clients and internal teams to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceExperience in Sales with knowledge of Sales Management practicesAbility to provide emphatatic solution to clients and stakeholdersProven ability to build and maintain client relationshipsProficient in analyzing and identifying customer need and solution fitPrior experience in eldercare or service-oriented industries is advantageousSelf-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
