Brand Strategy & Positioning● Define and implement the overall brand marketing strategy, voice, and identity across alltouchpoints.● Create campaigns that elevate brand perception, drive customer loyalty, and differentiateus in a crowded D2C market.● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product,marketing, and customer experience.2. Content & Communication Leadership● Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging fordigital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations.● Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce contentthat drives engagement and reinforces brand values.3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing● Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns.● Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with ourvalues and audience.● Drive collaboration with external partners and co-branded initiatives.4. Growth & Campaign Performance● Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels — digital, social,influencer, and PR.● Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audiencebehavior.● Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customeracquisition metrics.
