Job Description:As a seasoned senior 3D artist, you will play a pivotal role in our team's creative and technical endeavors. We seek an exceptional candidate with deep expertise in Unreal Engine development, complemented by strong skills in 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit.This dynamic role combines creativity and technical precision, requiring a leader who can guide projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring that creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design), proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Additional requirements include hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration, as well as familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.Our ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects, excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine developmentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailHands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and RevitFamiliarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine developmentKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize high-quality interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.Lead project development from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.Import, integrate, and manage assets from 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit into Unreal workflows.Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive, visually compelling, and functional environments.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across a variety of hardware and platforms.Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best practices.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.Create and maintain documentation of pipelines, technical processes, and workflows.
