We are looking for a creative and technical 3D Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be designing for screens—you’ll be designing for the sky. You will take concepts from initial storyboards to fully animated, flight-ready drone formations.If you are a Blender expert with a passion for storytelling and have experience with Skybrush, we want to hear from you.The RoleWe need a visual storyteller who understands 3D space. You will be the bridge between creative art and technical flight. Your goal is to create breathtaking animations that are safe, compliant, and ready to fly.What You’ll Do:Design & Animate: Create stunning storyboards and 3D animations using Blender, translating client concepts into visual realities.Technical Execution: Use Skybrush to convert your 3D animations into flight-ready paths, ensuring safe spacing and smooth transitions.Safety First: Run collision checks and ensure all formations strictly adhere to airspace regulations and hardware limits.Collaborate: Work closely with our Flight Operations team to ensure your digital designs match the physical reality of the flight zone.Render & Export: Deliver high-quality pre-visualization renders for clients and final technical files for the drone fleet.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in Blender (Modeling, Animation, Geometry Nodes).Niche Skill: Proven experience with Skybrush software (or similar drone show choreography tools) is highly preferred.The Eye: A strong portfolio showing motion storytelling, timing, and spatial awareness.The Mindset: You are organized, precise, and can manage multiple creative projects without missing a deadline.Tech-Savvy: You understand that physics matters—you can balance artistic flair with the realistic limitations of drone flight (speed, wind, battery).Why Join Us?Work on high-impact, visible projects that wow audiences.Be part of the cutting-edge intersection of art and aviation technology.
