We are a small, disciplined team that values creativity, consistency, and aim for a healthy work-life balance.About the role: We’re looking for a cinematic video editor who can bring short-format 2D animated footages to life through powerful editing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling — while adding motion and 2D VFX to enhance atmosphere. You’ll be shaping raw animated footages, dialogues, and sound into cinematic short films ready for YouTube.Responsibilities: Edit and assemble 2D animated footages into cohesive, emotionally engaging short films. Sync dialogues, sound effects, and background scores to elevate storytelling impact. Add basic motion for environmental movement, transitions, or title animations. Integrate simple VFX such as rain, fire, smoke, light streaks, mist, or glows where needed. Perform color correction, LUT-based grading, and cinematic visual enhancement. Collaborate with the creative and sound teams to maintain consistent tone and pacing. Ensure all projects are optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).Required Skills: 1-2 years of relevant experirnce in video editing & motion designing. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Great sense of cinematic pacing, music timing, and emotional storytelling. Basic knowledge of motion tracking, masking, compositing, and 2D VFX integration.
