The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging polished videos that align with our brand style and objectives. You should have strong storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in modern video editing tools.Key Responsibilities:Edit raw footage into high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, , Ads, Website, etc.)Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and color correction to enhance visual appeal.Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to produce videos aligned with project goals.Maintain consistent brand tone, color palette, and visual identity across all videos. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Stay updated with the latest video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, 1:1).Organize and manage media assets, project files, and backup footage efficiently.QualificationsProven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Create studio Pro or After Effects.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing.Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.Familiarity with social media video requirements and best practices.Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or in a team.Portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills (mandatory).Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience/Knowledge in motion graphics or animation (After Effects / Canva / Blender)Knowledge of scriptwriting or storyboardingBasic understanding of camera work and shooting techniquesAbility to edit in multiple languages or subtitlesFamiliarity with AI editing tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.)Need candidates who are freshers or have 1 year of experienceEducation:Bachelor’s degree in film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)How To Apply:This is a fantastic opportunity to diversify and build on your existing experience, directly impacting our growth.
