Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources Services Center and People Analytics team.This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation. You will be responsible for leading efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR service delivery across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data, Reporting, and AnalyticsDevelop and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Design and implement dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Enhance the organization's people analytics capabilities, moving toward predictive and strategic insights.To succeed in this role, you should have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a global setup.
