Sales Growth Manager

As a key contributor to our organization's growth strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This involves cultivating new relationships with clients in assigned territories.Main Responsibilities:Gain access to decision-makers and secure contracts with new clients for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services.Maintain accurate records of account and sales activities within our CRM system.Develop and retain business partnerships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality target opportunities for new clients.Create and execute action plans to achieve performance targets and exceed expectations.Requirements:A self-motivated individual with high integrity and an assertive approach to business.Strong decision-making skills and a professional attitude.Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Possess current B2B sales experience via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.
