If you treat every rupee like your own and every click like gold, this role is for you Experience & Leadership 8–12+ years of deep performance marketing experience. Demonstrated success leading teams , managing agencies, and running multi-channel paid media at scale Proven ability to own and manage large budgets , forecasting, pacing, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI Experience building end-to-end performance strategies across channels, funnels, and consumer journeys Ability to work closely with leadership, admissions, product, and technology to drive aligned growth outcomes Strategic & Analytical Expertise Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads at scale Deep command over CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models , and full-funnel optimization Strong grounding in research, segmentation, funnel design, and CRO Ability to design growth experiments, A/B frameworks, and optimization roadmaps Experience building dashboards, marketing intelligence systems, and data-driven reporting structures Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in: GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker Pixel setups, server-side tracking, UTMs, offline conversions Automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring systems Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, integrations, and measurement systems Experience optimizing landing pages with design/tech teams Join us if you optimise campaigns the way others optimise their selfies
