SAP Functional Consultant Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) professional to support end-to-end manufacturing processes.Configure and support MRP, Demand Management, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning to optimize production cycle times and scheduling performance.Enable detailed shop-floor execution, confirmations, settlements, and reporting for seamless material staging and consumption.Support Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO) and repetitive manufacturing scenarios to meet business requirements.Mechanical & Technical ExpertiseConfigure WM inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, internal warehouse movements, and transfer orders to streamline warehouse operations.Integrate WM with PP, MM, QM for smooth material flow and minimize stock discrepancies.Support production supply area (PSA) setup and kanban-based replenishment to ensure efficient stock management.Optimize warehouse master data such as storage types, bins, and control parameters to improve inventory visibility.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, and ABAP teams for integrated manufacturing and logistics flows.Lead workshops, create configuration documents, test scripts, SOPs, and training material to facilitate knowledge sharing.Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live preparation to ensure a smooth implementation process.Achieve Operational ExcellenceProvide hyper-care and steady-state support ensuring smooth production operations.
