Job Title: AI Vision EngineerWe are seeking a skilled AI Vision Engineer to spearhead the development of our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).This high-impact role focuses on delivering real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, revolutionizing how products are designed, costed, and produced globally.We require an expert in AI/ML development and real-time inference who can design and implement ML models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts.The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models, as well as predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.A strong proficiency in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks, along with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for browser-based AI deployment (TensorFlow.js, ONNX.js) is necessary.Key responsibilities include designing data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement, architecting browser-based AI systems that process large 3D models efficiently, and integrating STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows.Required Skills:Expert-level proficiency in Python programming language.Familiarity with popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.Strong understanding of computer vision concepts and algorithms.Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for browser-based AI deployment.Ability to work with large 3D models and integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
