Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors. Utilize scripts effectively while also personalizing conversations to resonate with the audience. Document interactions with donors accurately and maintain records in our database. Meet or exceed fundraising targets set by the organization. Conduct follow-up calls to cultivate interest and nurture relationships. Help organize fundraising events and campaigns as directed. Stay informed about our programs and developments to convey accurate information. Provide feedback on donor interactions to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize fundraising techniques.Requirements:Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and persuade potential donors effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry procedures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong work ethic and resilience in the face of challenges. Passion for social causes and commitment to making an impact. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or a related field is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
