The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers / clients to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, responsibilities may include maintaining recruiting metrics and reports, coordinating job fairs and career events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring- Experience in Recruiting, particularly in Non-IT roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
