We seek a skilled E-Commerce Executive to oversee our presence on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and manage FBA and FBM processes. The ideal candidate will understand e-commerce platforms, product listings, and optimization techniques to drive sales, increase visibility, and improve customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire gamut of e-commerce operations, creating relevant reports, maintaining documentation.
  • Manage the backend panels of eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Manage the backend panels of E-commerce marketplaces individually i,e- Amazon.in, Walmart & Esty etc.
  • Overseeing the team to create, update and modify product listings on various sales channels, marketplaces & Shopify.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and updating product listings on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support keyword research and product title optimization to enhance product visibility in searches.
  • Help maintain A+ Content and product descriptions, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Assist in monitoring account health and compliance with Amazon and Walmart policies, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Track and respond to customer inquiries and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels are sufficient and accurately reflected on product listings.
  • Help set up and monitor basic PPC campaigns under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Assist with promotional strategies, including the creation of discount codes and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic.
  • Review ad performance data and provide input on optimizations to improve campaign ROI.
  • Track and report on inventory levels to avoid stockouts and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery, helping to manage any issues that arise with shipments.
  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing sales, traffic, and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with the senior account team to identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
  • Remain on the pulse of the competitive landscape, new Amazon features and platform changes. Similarly, find comparable opportunities across other marketplaces like Myntra, Walmart, and so on.
  • Research programs and tools on Amazon and other ecosystems to increase sales and ensure we are protecting our brand (e.g., Amazon Transparency).
  • Opportunity to expand ownership to other marketplaces.
  • Ownership of the product catalog, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing, variations and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Selling on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Myntra, etc. with knowledge of best practices and strategies
  • Knowledge of Amazon landscape including SEO, FBA, AMS and Amazon Ads
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and what drives growth in an online business
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Organized with great attention to detail, highly flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing additional marketplaces
  • Client management experience at an agency or similar circumstances
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Team player who works collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA and Walmart fulfillment services.
