Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Debt Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, structuring and monitoring debt investments across private and public markets.The role involves working closely with the client's investment team, providing analytical and research support on live deals and portfolio companies.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and underwriting new debt investment opportunities across industries and instruments.Building robust financial and credit models to assess company performance, cash flows, leverage and repayment capacity.Conducting due diligence, including financial reviews, covenant analysis and sector benchmarking.Drafting clear, data-backed investment memos for the client's investment committee.Tracking macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends relevant to portfolio performance.Monitoring existing investments and updating reports on credit health, performance metrics and risk exposure.Supporting deal documentation, legal coordination and transaction closing processes.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance or corporate lending.Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.Strong grasp of credit documentation, cash flow modeling and debt structuring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.BenefitsThe opportunity to work on a diverse range of debt investments.A dynamic and supportive team environment.The chance to develop your skills and expertise in debt investment analysis.Additional DetailsThe role is remote, but aligned to U.S. working hours.
