Job OverviewWe seek an experienced IT expert with over 8 years of expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications.Lead large-scale application development using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Design RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Oracle PL/SQL.Architect microservices-based systems integrated via REST and Apache Kafka.Key Skills:Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API's, Liferay Portal, IBM web content management system, and IBM Web Sphere Portal.Database - MS-SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and MongoDB,PL/SQLIntegrated IDE's - Eclipse, IntelliJ, RAD and RSABuild Tools - Maven,Versioning Tools - GIT/GitHubOperating Systems - MS-Windows family and RedHat LinuxWeb Servers and App Servers - IBM WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat Application Server, IBM WebSphere Portal Server, and Liferay Portal Server.Requirements:A strong background in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.Experience with database management systems including MS-SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.Familiarity with integrated development environments like Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Visual Studio Code.Proficiency in build tools such as Maven and Gradle.Knowledge of version control systems like Git and SVN.Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and Linux.Experience with web servers and application servers including Apache Tomcat and IBM WebSphere Application Server.Bonus Points:Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Docker.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
