Artificial Intelligence SpecialistJob Overview:We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Specialist to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing and implementing artificial intelligence models and algorithms.Key Responsibilities:Designing, building and deploying AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation and deployment using tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI or Azure ML.Implementing model evaluation, drift monitoring and continuous improvement processes.Optimizing inference performance and cost by applying techniques such as model compression, quantization and API optimization.Ensuring compliance with AI ethics, security and governance standards.Preparing and curating training datasets including structured/unstructured text, images and code.Applying data preprocessing, tokenization and embedding generation techniques.Partnering with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases.Required Skills:Expertise in designing, developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.Experience in building and fine-tuning LLM-based applications such as chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation and code assistants.Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines.Understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS and Chroma for semantic retrieval use cases.Familiarity with ML/AI development frameworks and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
