Production Analyst

Location: Mumbai

We're looking for a Production Analyst to turn data into action If you enjoy digging into numbers, spotting trends, and making processes faster, smarter, and more cost-efficient, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Track order status, manage T&A calendars, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Review production artworks and manage UPC ticket approvals.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documents for warehousing & accounting.
  • Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising is a must.
  • 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis.
  • Strong Excel & data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving ability.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
