HR Systems LeaderAs a key member of our Enterprise Technology team, you will drive impactful change in HR systems.The Role:Lead the continuous evolution of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll and recruitment platforms.Develop and maintain the HR Systems roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term objectives.Manage a high-performing team of HRIS specialists to create innovative solutions that meet business needs across multiple locations.Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Own the HR Systems backlog, prioritizing features to maximize business value.Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR Systems.Lead sprint planning and align the team with Agile best practices.Oversee the technical aspects of HR System projects and rollouts.Requirements:12+ years of experience working in a lead role with HR systems.Proven expertise with HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce.Experience delivering global applicant tracking systems.Strong background in data security principles related to HRIS systems.Hands-on experience configuring HR systems.Experience leading HR systems implementation projects in multiple countries.Why Join Us:Collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.Our Culture:We value innovation, teamwork and customer satisfaction.
