Job Description:The Group Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing of assigned product portfolios. This role involves brand planning, product lifecycle management, market analysis, team leadership, and execution of marketing initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual and long-term brand plans for assigned brands/portfolio.Identify growth drivers and design strategies to achieve sales, market-share, and profitability objectives.Conduct competitive landscape analysis and define brand positioning.Role Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, therapy areas, and competitive landscapes. You should also possess excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and forecasting abilities. Additionally, you should have strong communication, presentation, and scientific understanding skills. Creativity in brand campaigns and problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this role.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration with Marketing specialization.At least 8-12 years of experience in pharma marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a product management role.Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and product development.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for career growth and development.
