Radici Plastics INDIA PVT LTD is the indian company of the High Performance Polymers Business Unit of RadiciGroup, one of the world’s leading producers of a wide range of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, engineering plastics, synthetic fibres, with approximately 3,000 employees, and a network of production and sales sites located throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

The Customer Service Leader is responsible for achieving the organisation's objectives regarding inventory and customer service levels, interacting with customers to solve their problems, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.

The candidate will also be expected to lead the Customer Service team towards the same goals.

The candidate will work in Sales Function and will report directly to the National Sales - Head.


Responsabilities


  • grow and maintain a good relationship with customers;
  • check order status until delivery of material;
  • interact with customers in order to provide information in response to inquiries about product/services;
  • consolidate forecasts and short-term orders received from customers/distributors and submit them to the Demand Chain planner;
  • monitor the status of complaint handling to ensure good communication with customers;
  • superivise of commercial correspondence up to collection;
  • price list processing;
  • keep track of Sales & Open Orders to ensure Forecast Accuracy is maintained;
  • receive and process customer orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, pass on all relevant information to the planning team and then organise the delivery of products/services to customers;
  • prepare and submit monthly reports to the Company’s Management;
  • manage any complaints or disputes in collaboration with other functions;
  • carry out any other work-related duty assigned by the reporting Manager;
  • communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business;
  • manage and lead Customer Service team:ensure skills improvement;
  • monitor performance.


Technical Knowledge

  • knowledge of SAP ERP system is considered a must;
  • good command over written and Spoken English;
  • knowledge of Windows programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • sensitive, self-motivated, with an ability both to work independently and as part of a team;
  • market analysis;
  • customer Focus/client relationship management.


Job requirements


  • B Tech Polymer/Chemical degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical;
  • minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Prior exposure in MNCs;
  • knowledge/experience of/in the market, preferably plastic sector;
  • working experience in similar Companies (Polymer) and in managing or leading a team;
  • be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.
