As an IT Recruiter at Innomax Skills Pvt Ltd, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top tech talent to meet our clients' needs. This role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent sourcing and screening to collaborating with hiring managers and coordinating interviews. We’re seeking a proactive recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment, ready to make a significant impact.

### **Key Responsibilities**


- **Talent Acquisition:** Utilize various channels to source, attract, and engage high-quality IT candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.

  

- **Candidate Screening:** Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate fit for specific IT roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.


- **Interview Coordination:** Partner with hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews, gather feedback, and maintain an organized recruitment process.


- **Relationship Management:** Build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive recruitment experience.


- **Job Posting & Database Management:** Post job listings, manage recruitment databases, and keep candidate information up to date.


- **Market Awareness:** Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

### **Requirements**


- **Experience:** At least 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a successful track record of placing candidates in technical roles.

  

- **Technical Understanding:** Knowledge of technical roles and terminology to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.


- **Sourcing Skills:** Proficiency in sourcing techniques, such as direct sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging professional networks.


- **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and internal teams.


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
