About AiSensyAiSensy is a WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement platform powering businesses like Adani, Delhi Transport Corporation, Yakult, Godrej, Aditya Birla Hindalco, Wipro, Asian Paints, India Today Group, Skullcandy, Vivo, Physicswallah, Cosco, and more to grow their revenues via WhatsApp.150,000+ Businesses enabled with WhatsApp Engagement & Marketing800+ Crore WhatsApp Messages exchanged annually between businesses and usersTrusted by top brands such as Delhi Transport Corporation, Vivo, Physicswallah & moreDriving 25–80% of business revenues through our platformA mission-driven, growth-stage startup backed by Marsshot.vc, Bluelotus.vc & 50+ angel investorsNow, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (4+ years experience) to scale our infrastructure and optimize performance for millions of users.Key Responsibilities🔹 CI/CD & AutomationDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Automate deployment processes to ensure faster releases and reduced downtime.🔹 Infrastructure ManagementManage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Pulumi.Deploy and maintain Dockerized applications on Kubernetes clusters for scalability and resilience.🔹 Cloud & SecurityWork extensively with AWS (preferred) or other cloud providers to build & maintain scalable infrastructure.Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement security best practices across systems.🔹 Monitoring & TroubleshootingImplement and manage monitoring & alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).Proactively troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and performance issues.🔹 Scripting & AutomationUse Python or Bash to automate repetitive DevOps tasks and workflows.Build internal tools for system health monitoring, logging, and debugging.What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills)✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles✅ Version Control: Proficiency in Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)✅ CI/CD Tools: AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins✅ Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Pulumi✅ Containerization & Orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes✅ Cloud Expertise: Strong AWS (preferred) or other cloud provider experience✅ Monitoring & Alerting: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic✅ Scripting: Python or Bash for automationBonus Skills (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)➕ AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security, or Networking➕ Knowledge of Microsoft/Linux/F5 technologies➕ Hands-on experience with database serversWhy Join Us?Work on a high-impact product trusted by India’s top enterprises & startupsSolve scaling challenges for millions of usersBe part of a fast-growing, VC-backed startup with a strong missionOwnership, autonomy, and growth opportunities👉 If you’re a DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience looking to solve challenging scaling problems, we’d love to hear from you
