Growing together.We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who has solid practical experience in Azure, GitHub, and Terraform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure of our technology.Primary Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and TerraformUtilize Azure cloud services to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our platformManage and configure GitHub repositories, including branching strategies and mergingUtilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate the deployment processMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable application deliveryCollaborate with the software engineering team to understand needs and translate them into functional infrastructureImplement automation tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiencyPromote a culture of best practices around DevOps methodologiesEnsure application performance, uptime, and scale by maintaining high standards of code quality and infrastructureMaintain documentation of the current and future system architectureComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administrationSolid experience with Azure, GitHub, and TerraformKnowledge of various automation toolsProficient in coding and scripting languagesUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesSolid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureProven excellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualification:Experience with system monitoring toolsAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
