Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Federal Contracts Specialist.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review & ComplianceReview federal contract documents, identify applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Support subcontractor due diligence and document required flow-down clauses.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Audit & Monitoring SupportCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely compliance with contractual obligations.Proposal & Pre-Award SupportReview solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Collaboration & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing.RequirementsQualifications:Detailed knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.BenefitsWhy This Role Matters:This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.What We OfferProfessional Development Opportunities:Ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge in federal contracts compliance.
