Job DescriptionSeeking an organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee subcontractor agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and project requirements alignment.Maintain a comprehensive database of subcontractor contracts, tracking terms, deadlines, and deliverables.Track contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements for timely action.Contract Management:Abstract key terms, obligations, and potential risks from contracts.Distribute abstracts to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.Contract Preparation and Execution:Prepare subcontractor contracts using company templates with outside counsel guidance.Ensure contracts include necessary terms, conditions, and amendments reflecting project-specific needs.Documentation and Recordkeeping:Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.Ensure documentation is accessible for audits, compliance checks, and project reviews.Collaboration and Communication:Serve as the central point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and subcontractors.Work closely with project managers to align contracts with project scopes and deliverables.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in contract administration, construction project management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of subcontractor agreements, construction contracts, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and practices.Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager - CPCM).
