Job Description / About the Role:


We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can connect with our primary audience: parents (ages 35-50) and young adults (20-30) who want the best in educational, screen-free play for kids in their families.


This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating content that resonates with our target audience, educates them on the benefits of our products, and helps build our brand’s presence globally across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.


What You’ll Do:


• Create Engaging Content: Develop and manage daily posts, stories, and video content that speaks directly to the target audience, showcasing how Smartivity products make learning and playtime fun and valuable.

• Community Engagement: Connect with our audience by responding to comments and DMs with warmth and personality, building a supportive community of parents.

• Collaborate with Parent Influencers: Identify influencers and brand ambassadors who resonate with parents and can authentically share the benefits of Smartivity products.

• Share Educational Value: Craft content that highlights the educational benefits of each product, explaining how it supports children’s learning and development in engaging, relatable ways.

• Establish Signature Content Series: Build content series that educate, entertain, and keep our audience coming back, like “STEM Playtime Hacks,” “Unbox & Build,” or “Parent’s Guide to Smart Learning.”

• Track Performance: Use analytics tools to measure and report on engagement, follower growth, and overall performance, using insights to refine future content.

• Creative Eye: You know what looks good and can create visuals that reflect Smartivity’s vibrant, playful, and educational brand style.

• Trend Aware: You stay updated on social media trends and platform changes and can adapt these trends to our brand’s message.

What You Bring:

• Content Creation Skills: Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe for creating polished, engaging visuals and videos.

• Basic Video Editing: Skills to produce video content, from short-form reels to YouTube videos that keep parents engaged.

• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics, able to interpret data and optimize content strategies.
