About This RoleThe strategic designer of the Mobility DataOps ecosystem is responsible for defining the work before the work begins—turning complex requirements, data flows, and tool capabilities into clear, scalable workflows that power high-quality annotation, training, and delivery operations.This role translates client needs and technical specifications into detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities, throughput expectations, and scalable training models.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations based on client requirements and technical specifications.Collaborate with Training Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure project setup meets quality, efficiency, and scalability standards.Validate tools, data pipelines, and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers and ensure operational readiness.Create comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, and technical enablement materials to support team members.Monitor workflow performance, identify gaps, and propose continuous improvements to optimize quality, efficiency, and scalability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Training, Delivery) to drive innovation and growth.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Solutions Architecture, Technical Program Management, or similar technical/operational roles.Experience with data annotation, ML/AV workflows, or complex multi-step operational processes.Strong ability to translate technical requirements into structured, scalable operational workflows.Excellent documentation, workflow design, and system-mapping skills.Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Training, Delivery).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate blockers and define preventive solutions.
