Job Title: Customer Engagement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in building trust with potential clients, scheduling visits, and ensuring a seamless experience for parents.The ideal candidate is empathetic, results-driven, and motivated to deliver outstanding outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Handle inbound and outbound parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Engage with parents with empathy, understand their requirements, and position us as the right solution.Schedule center tours and ensure proper follow-up until tour visit.Maintain daily call productivity with an average talk time of 2.5–3.5 hours/day.Accurately update lead status in CRM and ensure 100% adherence to processes.Follow scripts while adapting to parent queries with warmth and clarity.Key Requirements1–2 years of experience in customer engagement, sales, or counseling (education industry preferred).Fluency in English (both verbal and written).Basic proficiency in CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.What We're Looking ForSomeone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and problem-solving.A professional who balances warmth with goal-orientation.A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the organization.
