Experience : 3-8 Years Location : Noida, Pune & Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: • Test Strategy Development: Create detailed test plans and test cases tailored to ServiceNow applications. • Execution of Tests: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools. • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage. • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution. • Automation: Implement automated test cases using suitable tools and frameworks. • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on test status to stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements. Required Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications. • Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. o Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Strong communication and teamwork skills. o Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. • Familiarity with test management tools.
