The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with India business hours.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
