The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the domestic market.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases.Work majorly on non-IT/manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions.Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines.Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).Experience in staffing industry is mandatory.Domestic hiring experience is required.Strong experience in non-IT hiring — especially for manufacturing/industrial roles.Knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsWork with a fast-growing staffing organization.Healthy, supportive & performance-based work culture.Learning and career growth opportunities.
