Our service spectrum includes enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, business process automation and managed services.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Consultant to implement, configure and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning.Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes.Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Benefits:You will enjoy an excellent base salary and attractive company benefits.This role offers the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative environment and advance your career.
