SAP SuccessFactors RCM ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced professional to support a key client engagement as a SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Career Portal & Onboarding Consultant.The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules.Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules.Configure recruitment workflows: job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, job posting, and integration with the career portal.Set up and configure Onboarding 2.0 processes: new-hire data capture, compliance forms, notifications, role-based permissions, and task workflows.Manage integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central), ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.Collaborate with stakeholders (HR teams, IT, clients) to gather requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and deliver configuration accordingly.Provide day-to-day support during post-go-live: handle changes, enhancements, bug-fixes, user issues, and continuous improvement tasks.Prepare documentation: functional design specs, configuration guides, test plans, training materials, and user manuals.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a project team, manage project tasks, deliverables, test cycles, and coordinate with other modules/teams as needed.Key Responsibilities:Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Career Portal & Onboarding to drive successful client engagements.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among project teams.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise and experience to a dynamic project environment.As a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant, you will have the chance to apply your skills and knowledge to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction.
