Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales Executive at FranchiseBAZAR in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to support business development activities.
1. Identify companies seeking franchisees, partners, distributors, dealers and agents and offer them our unique business partner recruitment program, working closely with them, in helping them find the desired partners and giving them the solutions they seek.
2. Sign up clients for our advertising packages and other premium and platinum memberships.
3. Independently acquire new clients through industry contacts, cold calls, social media networking and participation in other industry networking platforms.
4. You will be responsible to reach out to existing franchise companies and offer them our customized franchise recruitment services whereby clients will be able to use our exhibition modules, SMS and Email packages, Discovery day programs and our offline network of agent and franchisees.
5. Manage key accounts and offer end to end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve revenue and customer satisfaction as per our guidelines.
6. Most Businesses that want to expand through franchising or are seeking partners, agents, distributors work with us to help them create a franchisee network. We outsource their entire franchise expansion and save them a lot of time and cost. You will work closely with several such clients and give them franchise development solutions through our time tested modules.
7. Relationship building, counselling and negotiating prospective franchisees (entrepreneurs, investors, retailers, real-estate owners, businesspersons).
8.Research, target and open new client opportunities
9.Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
10.Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years' previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical Skills
- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Lead Generation and Market Research Abilities
- Ability to work well in a teaM
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the franchise industry / selling solutions / services / packages / digital advertising packages / media sales / CXO level engagement in previous roles will be a PLUS
Skills
1. Selling: You will get exposure to Concepts, Events, Corporate Services, Media Packages, Ad Sales, Sponsorships, Telemarketing, Email marketing, PR. Should be very good at Sales Strategy and Business Development.
2. Communication: You should be good at Presentations to Cos, CXO level engagement
3. Personality: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication and a pleasing personality.
4. Track Record: Go Getter, must have Persistence, Result Oriented and Be able to achieve assist the managers in building the sales funnels and doing the initial calling.
5. Education : Must have completed Graduation / We also accept MBA candidates who are looking at a part time 1Pm to 7 Pm sales internship.
6. Outlook: Absolute professional with long term career focus of building a career in sales / business development.
7. Leadership: Multitasker with leadership skills and hunger for growth.
8. Organization: Profiling, time and resource management
9. PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Social Networking, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Research, Funnel Development, Lead Generation.
Salary / CTC / Package
Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Assistant: ₹5L P.A
Assistant Inside Sales Manager: ₹8L P.A. (You will be upgraded to this position upon completion of 6 months probation and have achieved your targets in the initial period).
Inside Sales Manager: ₹12L P.A.
For The Above Roles: 60% is Fixed and 40% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved.
