Job OpportunityThis role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD applications, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and more. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and HRSD modules, with a strong understanding of Java/JavaScript and integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems.Development and customization of ServiceNow HRSD applicationsExperience in development and integration with HRSM/HRIS systemsKnowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testingServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSDThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business solutions for HR users, configuring and developing ServiceNow HRSD module, and troubleshooting patch/release management focusing on HRSD. They will also develop UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports, and create service catalog workflows with approvals.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and develop ServiceNow HRSD applications to meet organizational needsCollaborate with HR teams to identify and implement business solutionsDevelop and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and reportingRequirementsStrong experience in ServiceNow and HRSD modulesProficient in Java/JavaScript programming languagesFamiliarity with HRSM/HRIS systems and integration experienceBonus PointsServiceNow certifications (Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist)Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
