Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to assist in managing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and prior experience working closely with a Chartered Accountant.


Key Responsibilities:

● Handle day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.

● Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulations.

● Support tax planning and compliance, including GST filings and coordination with tax authorities.

● Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

● Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other teams to develop financial strategies and maintain operational efficiency.

● Assist in audits by preparing necessary documents and coordinating with auditors.


Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

● Experience working with or under a Chartered Accountant.

● Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.

● Proficiency in financial software and strong MS Excel skills.

● Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and other financial tools.

● Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.

● Exposure to tax filing processes and basic financial modeling.
