The Role / Responsibilities:The Employee Engagement role is a key client-facing role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with their businesses and all other stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors.Key responsibilities:Proactively manage probation extensions, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and behavioral issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulationsServe as a confidential advisor to employees and managers, addressing conflicts, red flags from pulse surveys, and disciplinary concerns, while supporting an inclusive workplaceImplement robust feedback mechanisms and employee engagement initiatives by driving pulse check surveys, focus groups, and deriving actionable insights from employee satisfaction outcomesConduct onboarding activities, including floor walks, meet-and-greet sessions, and 30-60-90-day check-ins, ensuring new hires align with company culture, values, and expectationsPartner with business units to develop retention strategies, facilitate team building, and enhance overall team culture and environmentEnsure employees are well-informed about benefits and entitlements, and handle sensitive cases such as maternity, primary caregiver, and long-term leave with empathy and discretionParticipate in performance appraisals and goal-setting processes, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, stay interviews, resignation meetings, and exit interviews to support talent management and continuous improvementQualifications:MBA in HR with 7+ years of relevant experience in HRBP roleGood communication skillProficient in MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etcHigh degree of integrity and confidentialityProven influencing, negotiation and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.In addition, one must also have the ability to work in a truly multi-cultural team environment and enjoy dealing with team members at all levels across multiple locations.
