Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to develop and enhance Machine Learning models for our demand planning and forecasting processes across various regions.Main Responsibilities:Create and refine ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within two primary platforms (SAP IBP and o9).Analyze and capture regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and optimize inventory planning as well as drive adoption and process maturity.Establish and monitor performance metrics for forecasting results, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting practices and promote best practices.Support automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Conduct root cause analysis for forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.Present complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.Bolster capability building across regions on forecasting methodologies and analytics tools.
