Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible to create and foster new banking partnerships that aligns with organizational objective. Build and nurture existing partnerships by innovating on existing and building new solutions along with banks. 

We need a person who is motivated to create an impact for NRI TG which is highly underserved. As category creators in this space, you will be at the forefront that guides 30MN+ NRIs staying globally.




Roles and Responsibilities


Identify innovative areas to partner with banks on NRI banking front 

Own end-to-end relationship with partner banks and build trust & credibility with senior stakeholders

Achieve and keep track of monthly/ quarterly targets in conjunction with partner banks

Lead with insights and analytics to create and execute plans and define outputs/ metrics for each partnership

Negotiate and close all the commercials with partner banks.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of banking partnerships experience and dealt with key decision makers at banks  
  • Should be analytical and hands-on with data to drive insights
  • Should be comfortable dealing with CXO level stakeholders at banks
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must Have complete Knowledge regarding NRE/NRO account and operational Process.


Location – Gurgaon


Compensation - CTC negotiable based on the candidate
