Job Title:Strategic Partnership LeadAbout Our Business:We are a leading student mobility and accommodation platform that connects international students with verified universities, accommodation providers, and financial solutions.We are expanding our global demand-side B2B partnerships and looking for a strategic results-driven leader to define and execute our partnership strategy.Role Summary:The Strategic Partnership Lead will drive the development of our demand-side B2B partnership vertical. You will build, manage, and scale relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, education consultancies, overseas student agents, and loan/finance partners.This role is strategic, revenue-oriented, and cross-functional, owning partner acquisition, enablement, performance, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with business growth.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners.Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Define KPIsTrack performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership team.Ensure collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.Monitor global education trends, study-abroad patterns, PBSA market, and competitor partnerships.Identify new geographies and partner verticals for growth.
