Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end online web publisher partnerships and helping customers manage their accounts to boost monetization and profitability.
  • Proactive and hands-on to troubleshoot and answer daily client questions about product feature installation or account performance to satisfy customers.
  • Regularly creating detailed reports to analyze data patterns and increase client account revenues.
  • Strategizing with cross-functional internal teams to identify new income opportunities and develop product/feature fits to help customers earn more and upsell/cross-sell to publisher accounts.
  • Identifying prospective new market segments for better emphasis and personalized success tactics, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach to your business.
  • Helping the sales and marketing divisions build marketing/sales collateral and business proposals to upsell/cross-sell media.net's new/improved product features.


Who should apply for this role?


  • Graduate from engineering stream is preferred
  • Experience in Online Media is a bonus
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Good Team Player
  • High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
  • Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology
  • Familiarity with the Internet search industry is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
