Metadrob is a Web 3.0 SaaS based product company enables online retailers to create their 3D virtual stores with an immersive and interactive shopping experience by the power of AR/VR, Metaverse, and AI.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interfaces using React.js to create a user-friendly and intuitive experience for building virtual stores.
  • Implement 3D product visualizations within the store using Three.js, ensuring smooth performance and high-quality graphics.
  • Utilize shader language to create advanced visual effects and enhance the user experience.
  • Integrate multiplayer components to enable social interactions within virtual stores (chat, collaboration).
  • Develop social features like chat functionalities for users to interact within the virtual space.
  • Contribute to the development of AR experiences that allow users to interact with virtual stores in the real world (highly desirable).
  • Adeptly manage store assets, including 3D models, textures, and other media, for efficient use within the platform.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces with a strong creative flair.
  • Stay inspired by exceptional design principles and translate them into a user-centric experience.
  • Contribute to the development of a drag-and-drop UI for a seamless workflow in store creation.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and other developers to ensure a cohesive platform.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience developing user interfaces with React.js
  • Solid understanding of React.js concepts and principles
  • Proven experience with Three.js for creating 3D product visualizations
  • Experience with shader language for creating advanced visual effects (e.g., GLSL)
  • Understanding of multiplayer development concepts and technologies (a plus)
  • Experience with social features development (e.g., chat functionalities) (a plus)
  • Experience with AR development (highly desirable)
  • Experience with asset management for 3D models and textures
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Bonus Skills:

  • Expertise in AR development with experience in creating AR experiences
  • Familiarity with face detection APIs and 3D filtering techniques

 

Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: React, Redux
  • 3D Development: Three.js, React Three Fiber
  • Shaders: Experience with shader languages (e.g., GLSL)
  • Backend: Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js (a plus)
  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) (a plus)
  • Database: Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongoose (a plus)
