  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with large datasets and big data tools (e.g., Vertica, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark). Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills, statistical modeling knowledge, and familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data insights with business objectives, demonstrating creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, collaborative, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Educational Background: B.Tech in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (MSc/MBA is an advantage).

Candidates should be based out of or willing to relocate to Bengaluru. We follow a hybrid work setup, where you would need to come to the office 2 days a week.
