About the Role The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various channels. Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with company goals and the overall business P&L. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency across all channels. Plan, strategize, and launch high-impact campaigns across digital platforms and marketplaces. Optimize to ROAS/CAC with structured creative and audience testing. Oversee retention marketing strategies via CRM tools (like MoEngage for email/SMS/WhatsApp) to drive customer lifetime value and repeat purchases. Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across site, ads, and socials. Manage influencer collaborations, PR activities, and potentially in-store events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility. Guide ad creatives, social content, and campaign storytelling aligned to drops. Work closely with tech, product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Recommend actionable insights to management based on regular performance reports and market trends. Keep website launch-ready: home banners, collections, PDP copy/size/care; QA links/prices/coupons. Partner with Ops on prepaid nudges, NDR/RTO levers, and returns communication. Qualifications Mandatory 2- 6 years of experience in D2C e-commerce fashion, preferably menswear/apparel, with proven ownership of campaigns and revenue outcomes. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Required Skills Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, CRM platforms like MoEngage, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
