Digital Procurement Transformation LeadWe are seeking an experienced Digital Procurement Transformation Lead to drive procurement excellence and manage end-to-end implementations, including migrations to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives across implementation, enhancement, and support projects, driving integration and process alignment between SAP MM and Ariba.Key Responsibilities:Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.Drive integration and process alignment between SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle).Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.Lead S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or brownfield), ensuring smooth cutover and business continuity.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Provide expertise on S/4HANA Cloud-specific functionalities, Fiori apps, and innovations in MM.Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and process compliance.Manage and mentor a small team of consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, etc.).Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital enhancements in procurement.Requirements:Proven experience in digital procurement transformation and S/4HANA implementations.Expertise in SAP MM, Ariba, and S/4HANA Cloud-specific functionalities.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve processes.
