This role requires a deep understanding of technology, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality documentation. The Technical Writer will ensure that our product documentation meets industry standards and supports the needs of our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain Technical DocumentationCollaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Translate Technical ConceptsOrganize and structure content effectively to facilitate easy navigation and comprehension.Edit and Review DocumentationStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve documentation quality and processes.Participate in the planning and execution of documentation projects, including prioritizing tasks, estimating timelines, and tracking progress.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the documentation team, as needed.Requirements:Candidate should be familiar with standard documentation styles and guidelines like Microsoft Style Guide, Chicago Manual of Style etc.Ability to use MS Azure DevOps and Jira task tracking tools.Familiarity with Version Control SystemsCandidate should be detail-oriented and having a strong commitment to accuracy for achieving product success and customer satisfaction.Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Technical Writing ToolsStrong understanding of documentation best practices, including information architecture, content organization, and writing for different audiences and formats.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile documentation practices.Strong Project Management SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:Performance-Linked Bonus: Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed Enjoy a performance-linked bonus as a testament to your dedicationRewards Beyond the Job: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program, and Online Psychological Support.
